Go-Stop: Collection — Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Go-Stop: Collection online account and its data at any time.

Delete it in the app

The quickest way: open Go-Stop: Collection, then Settings › Privacy and terms › Delete my online data, and tap Delete my account and data. This deletes your online account and its data right away, along with everything saved on that phone. You can also do it from the About page.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@sebbysarcade.com (from any address).
Use the subject "Delete my Go-Stop data".
Include your Go-Stop username, your Go-Stop player ID ("GS-…", shown in the app under Friends and in Customize › Your name) or your friend code, so we can find your account.

We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your online profile: Play Games player ID, gamer tag, Go-Stop username and player ID (the username becomes free for others), in-game name, avatar, frame, badges and colours.
Your cloud save: levels, experience, unlocks, achievements, statistics and game log, settings, saved games and match history, including earlier copies and the copy kept from before the October 18, 2026 reset.
Your multiplayer data: friend code, friends list, friend requests, blocked players, tables, invitations, turn-based games, your multiplayer record and ratings.
Your notification token.

What is kept

Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase): they are not linked to your account and can't be singled out; Google keeps them for up to 14 months. You can switch them off at any time in Settings › Account.
Daily totals on our server (for example, how many matches were played each day): they contain no player IDs or names and are kept for up to 120 days.
Other players' records: a finished match stays in your opponent's own history and statistics.
Emails you sent us (bug reports or ideas), unless you ask us to delete them too.
Optional ratings (stars and comment from the end of the tutorial or University mode): they are anonymous and not linked to your account, so they can only be deleted if you tell us their date and what your comment said. Kept for up to 3 years.
Anything we must keep by law.

Delete some data without deleting your account

In the app: remove friends or block players (Friends), turn off usage statistics (Settings › Account), or sign out of Play Games to stop sending data.
By email: write to support@sebbysarcade.com with your Go-Stop username, player ID or friend code and say what to delete (for example your match history or multiplayer record). We delete it within 30 days.

Data on your phone

Your game data is also stored on your phone. To remove it, uninstall the app, or open Android Settings › Apps › Go-Stop: Collection › Storage › Clear storage.
